Speaking

For the rooms where beliefs get decided.

Classrooms, campuses and boardrooms. Charles brings the same truth to each one, in the language that room speaks: belief drives behavior, and brave behavior begins with brave belief.

Teens & schools

For the ones still deciding who they are.

Young people are carrying beliefs about who they are. Some they earned. Some they borrowed from a grade, a label, a family story or a feed.

Charles was the kid who got called "the bad kid" and picked detention over feeling like a misfit. He tells that story so students can see their own, then gives them a way to sort the beliefs that help from the ones that don't. Sessions are loud, interactive and honest, and nobody gets talked down to.

Universities

For the season when everything is new.

College is the first time a lot of students get to choose who they want to be. It's also when old beliefs follow them in the door.

Charles helps students name what's been running the show: the need to prove themselves, the fear of being found out, the plan someone else wrote for them. Then he gives them a braver belief to build on, and a way to keep it when the semester gets heavy.

Corporate & leadership

Culture is behavior repeated.

Every system is perfectly designed to produce what it believes. If the behavior keeps showing up, the belief is still there.

Charles led Marines, then led in corporate rooms. He knows what happens when trust is low: speed suffers, people protect themselves, and good plans stall. His leadership sessions go past the behavior to the beliefs your culture runs on, so the change holds.

The Leadership Loop

  1. Belief
  2. Behavior
  3. Relationship
  4. Culture
  5. Reinforced Belief

Healthy beliefs produce healthy behavior. Healthy behavior strengthens relationships. Strong relationships build resilient culture. Resilient culture protects the right beliefs.

Brave Beliefs

Belief drives behavior. This session gets to the root of what people believe about themselves and how that belief has been shaping every decision, relationship and result. If you've ever felt stuck in patterns that don't add up, this names what's running the show and gives people a way through it.

  • Where limiting beliefs come from, and how they take hold
  • Tools to name a limiting belief and replace it with a braver one
  • How to turn pain and adversity into purpose
  • Living on purpose instead of on autopilot

  • Turning a crisis into an opportunity to grow
  • Building team resilience and trust

The Social Battery Workshop

A fun, interactive day built on The Social Battery Guide. You can love people and still come home empty. Most of the time it isn't the people. It's the role you're playing in the room. Teams find theirs and leave with a plan.

  • The Drain Profile: which of five roles costs each person most
  • The belief that keeps people saying yes to it
  • Before-the-room and after-the-room routines
  • Lines for saying no and stepping out of the middle
